Each Member may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of balances and bonus funds accumulated across those accounts.
All transactions on u9agent are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). u9agent does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the Member.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. u9agent reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if any outstanding wagering requirement is attached to the account balance.
u9agent reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Members will be notified in such cases and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. u9agent reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of RM 30 per month on dormant accounts. Members will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
u9agent offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms specific to each promotion, which are published at the time of the offer.
u9agent employs monitoring systems to detect irregular wagering patterns associated with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin wagering strategies designed solely to fulfil rollover requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, u9agent reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and suspend the Member's account pending review.

Upon termination of an account for cause, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member following completion of any outstanding investigations, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to u9agent.
Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the verified payment method on file after completion of final account checks.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent u9agent from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.
